    Enable N0stalgia fastloaders in all applicable configs
    
    The previous commit was missing entries in the config files to
    actually enable the N0stalgia fastloader for the applicable target
    devices, so this is done in this commit.

    Add one (of many) fastloaders from a N0stalgia release
    
    Add support for the fastloader in N0stalgia release 123 (Project
    Firestart), re-release version. It is not known if the same loader is
    used by other releases.
